Chinas economy has stepped into a new normal phase and will tend towards L-shaped growth in the future, a high-level central government official said.

日前，中央政府高层官员表示，中国经济进步进入新正常状态，将来将呈L型走势。

在十三五规划与中国经济进步新正常状态专题报告会上，中央财经领导小组办公室副主任韩俊表示，预计2015年中国经济增长6.9%，在全球经济增长疲软的背景下（in terms of global slow growth），该数据仍然非常亮眼（being quite remarkable^1）。

他表示，伴随中国经济总量增大，经济增速降低是符合经济发展趋势的，将来中国经济增长方法（growth model）势必将历程转型，将由出口拉动为主（export-driven）转为内需（domestic demand）拉动为主；将由投资拉动（investment-driven）为主转为消费拉动为主；将由粗犷型进步向革新型进步（development in an innovative^{2 way）转变。}
